They only give out 100 a day starting at 12pm eastern time/9am pacific time. They are usually out by the next hour. So tomorrow we all gotta fill out fast! There is a counter that shows how many bags are left. If you go BEFORE the start time the counter will say 0 so make sure you go at the right time!
